Hello there, I am so looking forward to laughing with and learning from all you 'Gorgeous Forties' and, of course, to share my perspective on reaching 'the big four-oh'.
I live in a shoe-box in London's very urban Battersea and this September 30th I will celebrate my 40th birthday. Wa hey! Even as I write that, I can barely believe it. (I've only just left school for goodness sake!)
I am single and had just about given up on ever finding 'the one' and then, out of nowhere, along came Andreas. So, this year promises to be a year of enormous change, as I return to my homeland (Wales) and set up home with the man of my dreams. Perhaps there'll even be a baby or two.
I am an NLP Practitioner and Coach working in two main areas; Health and Wellbeing and Online Marketing. I also work with teenagers delivering enterprise education workshops in schools. I write, speak, create, facilitate, train, teach and consult, so I guess you could call me a communicator and a people person - which is good given that my background is in Corporate Marketing where I spent over 10 years creating and delivering marketing campaigns for blue chip brands.
Besides my work, I love dogs, music, all things spiritual, art and design, DIY and healthy, nutritious foods and being beside water - rivers, waterfalls, the sea - and in the countryside with the trees and birds. I feel blessed to have such a fantastic network of friends and colleagues, a loving family and so much abundance in my life.
