Meet Nicola Cairncross

Nicola runs The Money Gym a successful six-figure coaching practice.  She is also a published author and, until recently, owned her own boutique hotel “The Acacia” which she bought “no money down” and where she developed a strong interest in investing in modern art and met her business partner Steve Watson.

Now amicably divorced, Nicola lives on bohemian, arty and surf-culture orientated Shoreham Beach in West Sussex, sharing a house with her two kids Phoebe (10) and Nelson (7) and Steve.

Nicola invests in buy-to-let property on the South Coast and is busily planning her dream holiday home which she will build from scratch in her favourite place on the planet, Stoupa,on the Mani Peninsula in Greece.

Featured on CNN Today news programme, in the Financial Mail On Sunday, The Observer Money Section, the Sunday Telegraph, Cosmopolitan, RED magazine, Massage World, eQlibrium, Evening Argus Brighton, the Worthing Herald and has enjoyed a full page feature in The Scotsman - one of Scotland’s leading newspapers.

One of her online businesses, ArtistManager, has been short listed for a major Channel 4 series on entrepreneurs and Nicola has just been screen tested for a new Sky One TV series on Wealth Coaching.
